4 Days 3 Nights | Murchison Falls National Park

Very early in the morning you shall be picked up by our guide driver and shall embark on your 6 hours journey to Murchison Falls National Park. You will go through Luwero, and have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking.

Ziwa rhino sanctuary is the only home of white rhinos in Uganda and offers a golden opportunity to observe this endangered species. Ziwa rhino sanctuary also offers nature hikes and birding tours all in one as you do the rhino tracking.

You shall have another stop in Masindi where you will have lunch after lunch you shall proceed to the park and drive to your hotel for Dinner and an overnight stay.

On this day you shall you wake up early and have a sumptuous breakfast at 6:30 am, and then drive to the park to start your Game drive at 7:00 am. During the drive you will be in position to see very many animals such as lions, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, antelopes, water bucks and birds among others. After the game drive at around 11:40 am, you shall relax around the Nile bridge as you wait for your afternoon boat cruise or as time allows drive bark to your lodge for freshening up. At 2pm you shall board the boat and start cruising along the Nile where most of the remarkable wild life spectacles lie i.e., the Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, elephants along the banks of the Nile as well as different beautiful birds singing in the trees such as the bee eaters, the colored kingfishers, shoebill and many others. The boat ride will take you to the base/bottom of the Murchison falls which reveals the most powerful water waterfalls in the world.

You shall disembark from the boat and hike to the Top of Murchison falls. Being at the the top of Murchison falls is an amazing experience as you watch the strongest falls in the world squeezing through the rocks in a 45m gorge accompanied by a magical rainbow sight so magnificent. You shall be picked and driven back to your lodge, have dinner and retire for the day.

You shall have a free morning to yourself where you shall be free to sleep in, relax at the Hotel and enjoy all the hotel amenities.

In the evening you will embark on an evening game drive in the hope of seeing the nocturnal animals like the leopards and other animals like the impalas, Oribis, Hartebeests, waterbucks, the Uganda Kob and hyenas.

The evening game drive is accompanied by golden sunset rays against the lush savanna grasslands a mesmerizing sight.

This is will be your last day at the lodge and you shall wake up to a sumptuous breakfast; and then checkout of the lodge and be transported back to Kampala.
