Payment Terms Booking and Cancellation Policy A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Full and final payment must be received 45 days prior to arrival If not we reserve the right to release the booking/activities and the deposit shall be forfeited. Last minute bookings are payable by cash deposit before arrival unless prior arrangements are reached. All cancellations must be made in writing either by email or text and can only be made by the person who submitted the booking. If a client cancels their booking, the following cancellation charges shall be levied as follows; 60 Days and more before departure – 0% of the tour cost 30-59 Days before departure – 50% of the tour cost 15-29 Days before departure – 75% of the tour cost 14 Days or less to the departure – 100% of the tour cost There will be no refunds for no shows Once the tour has started, no refund for any unused portion or part of the tour or services to be provided will be given. If you want to make any changes to the tour, or depart the tour early, such alteration or departure will be entirely at your own expense and liability
